Begin by imagining yourself standing in an open field, surrounded by nature. Feel the warm sun on your skin, the gentle breeze on your face, and the soft, supportive earth beneath your feet. 

Please take a moment to connect with Mother Earth, feeling gratitude for her support and the life she provides.

As you stand in this open field, envision the roots of a tree extending from the soles of your feet deep into the core of the earth below. These roots symbolize your connection to Mother Earth, anchoring you to her energy and providing stability. 

Feel these strong roots growing more profound and extensive with each breath you take, reaching out in all directions, creating an extensive root system that connects you to the surrounding soil and the power of the earth.

Now, imagine a ray of sunshine, a white light beaming down from the sky and entering the top of the head. This light represents the energy of the cosmos, filling your entire body with warmth and vitality. 

Next, visualize this light travelling down the vertical axis of your body, from the crown of your head to the base of your spine, where it meets the energy of the first chakra – your root chakra.

As the light reaches your root chakra, envision it transforming into a vibrant red light. This red light radiates throughout your entire being, further grounding you and connecting you to the earth’s energy. 

Feel this electric flow of energy coursing through your roots, up your trunk, and into the leafy branches of your own energy system.

Take a few deep breaths, focusing on the connection between your body and the earth. Feel the energy from the earth rise through the soles of your feet, filling your entire body with warmth, strength, and feelings of wellbeing.
