Hi I’m Nathalie Keiller

I’ve been teaching yoga since 1999, the same year I began my deep exploration of Ayurveda. With over 20 years of experience as a Hatha Yoga instructor, I bring a calm, grounded presence to every Hatha Yoga Training I lead. My teaching is informed by training in various styles, with a focus on crafting thoughtful sequences that promote overall well-being.

To get complete, you must:

  • Enroll in the Hatha Yoga Training Course
  • Watch all of the videos.
  • Successfully complete the quiz at the end of the course.

This course is a continued education course for yoga teachers. Thus you must have completed a 200hr. Yoga Teacher Training program.

This course is 4 hours and on demand so you can complete it at your own pace, with up to 12 months to finish all components and receive your certificate of completion.

  • The moment you register, you can start the training, watching the videos and access the manual.
  • Log into your Asana at Home account. https://live.asanaathome.com/
  • Click on the course page in your account dashboard.
