300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
An advanced, flexible pathway toward RYT-500 certification
The 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Asana at Home is an advanced online RYS 300 training designed for certified yoga teachers who want to continue their education beyond a 200-hour foundation and work toward RYT-500 registration with Yoga Alliance.
This training is structured to support teachers who value depth, flexibility, and continued mentorship. Rather than following a single, linear curriculum, the program combines a core training component with elective specialty trainings and self-study. This allows you to shape your education around your interests, teaching goals, and availability while remaining supported throughout the process.
All components are completed online, with a combination of live and on-demand learning, so you can continue developing as a teacher without stepping away from your life or teaching commitments.
What You’ll Learn
Through this 300-Hour program, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Deepen your understanding of yoga beyond a 200-hour foundation
- Refine your teaching skills with ongoing mentorship and practice
- Explore specialized areas of yoga such as Yin, Chair Yoga, Anatomy, Meditation, Chakra work, and more
- Develop greater confidence, clarity, and maturity as a yoga teacher
- Create a continuing education path that reflects your personal interests and teaching style
Curriculum Overview - 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training
The 300 hours are completed through three integrated components:
Core Curriculum – 80 Hours
The core curriculum provides structure and integration through weekly live yoga classes and bi-weekly group calls, giving students regular, meaningful time with a teacher to ask questions, receive guidance, and deepen their understanding.
Elective Trainings – 150 Hours
Elective hours are completed through approved specialty yoga trainings. These allow you to customize your education and include areas such as
- Yin Yoga Teacher Training
- Chair Yoga Teacher Training
- Functional Anatomy for Yoga Teachers
- Meditation
- Chakra Healing
- Trauma Informed Yoga
and many other continuing education offerings.
Self-Study & Integration – 70 Hours
Self-study hours support integration and reflection and may include reading, journaling, practice teaching, observation, and independent study.
