Course Outcomes: Upon completion, you’ll be certified to teach yoga and lead students confidently in poses, philosophy, and pranayama (breathing techniques).
Dates:
- January 14 to April 13, 2025
- Duration: 13 weeks total, with Nine weeks of live classes and Four weeks off for self-study and integration.
- Weeks off: Jan 27 to Feb 3, Feb 17 to 24, March 10 to 17 and March 31 to April 7.
Weekly Live Classes:
- Tuesdays: 4:00 – 7:30 PM PST
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST (with a 30-minute lunch break)
- Sundays: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM PST (with a 30-minute lunch break)
Total Hours: 200, fulfilling the requirements of the Yoga Alliance Certification (RYT 200).

Yes, we are a RYS (Registered Yoga School). After successfully completing the course, you will be able to register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher)
How long will it take?
13 weeks of classes with four weeks off for homework and practice

How Long Will It Take To Complete This Training? Is There A Deadline To Finish It?
The final test and one hour Practicum are due one month after our last live session together.
Are There Any Prerequisites For This 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Course?
We recommend having at least 6 months of consistent practice before you start this course. Consistent practice is practicing yoga at least 3 times per week.
