200 Hour Online Yoga Teacher Training

Live, Yoga Alliance–registered teacher training with real-time instruction, practice teaching and mentorship.

Our 200 Hour Online Yoga Teacher Training is a live, interactive program designed to prepare you to teach Yoga with confidence. Rather than completing your training primarily through prerecorded lessons, you’ll learn directly with Christina Raskin and our teaching faculty through live online classes, practice teaching, feedback, and mentorship.

The program combines more than 100 hours of live instruction with guided self-study, recorded resources, and integration time over approximately three months. You’ll study anatomy, teaching methodology, sequencing, Yoga philosophy, pranayama, and meditation while gaining practical experience teaching real students and classmates.

Asana at Home is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS 200). After successfully completing the training, you’ll receive your 200-hour teacher training certificate and be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT 200.
