About the teacher:

Nathalie Keiller has been integrating the principles of Ayurveda since 1999, the same year she started teaching yoga. A meditator for more than 20 years, she has also taught Deep Meditation since 2005, one aspect of an Ayurvedic lifestyle. In 2013, she completed her Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant training and is now facilitating courses on Ayurveda, Yoga and Self-Care.

Sharing the experience of inner peace and well-being that one achieves through these practices stimulates Nathalie to teach the science of Yoga through Ayurveda, Meditation, and Hatha Yoga. She strongly believes that 90% of the benefits reside in the practice and invites her students to enjoy the course in the same spirit.
