About the Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher Trainer:
Hi I’m Katie Connolly,
I’m an ERYT-500, RCYT, PRYT, founder of a Registered Children’s Yoga School, Craniosacral & Somatic Therapist, and Clinical Counsellor. I’ve spent years supporting clients through compassionate, embodied practices that center safety, awareness, and connection.
“Having this awareness and knowledge of how to hold client space is essential to empower them!”
I grew up navigating many challenging experiences, and I was called to teach through a trauma informed lens long before it became a widely recognized approach. For me, yoga has always been about reconnection—with self, body, and breath. In this training, I bring together nervous system education and somatic yoga practices to help you guide others toward healing. Whether you work in person or online, with groups or individuals, I’m here to support your journey.
