This gentle Yin Sun Salutation flows with the breath, beginning with simple mini movements before progressing to the full version that peaks in Downward Dog.

Step 1: Seated on Heels (Arrive & Breathe)

Sit comfortably on your heels or a cushion. Soften the shoulders and take 3–5 slow breaths.

Step 2: Arms Overhead (Lengthen the Spine)

Inhale and sweep the arms up. Reach through fingertips; keep ribs soft.
