About the Yoga Sculpt Teacher Trainer
I’m Lauren McBain, a yoga and fitness educator with more than a decade of experience teaching yoga, barre, Pilates, sculpt, fusion and strength-based movement.
My training crosses both yoga and fitness. Along with my 200-hour yoga teacher training, I hold certifications in barre, Pilates, sculpt, yoga nidra, yin and restorative yoga. Over the years, I’ve logged thousands of teaching hours and have also worked as a multi-studio owner, educator and mentor.
I believe great instructors need to know their craft, stay curious and never stop being students themselves. But strong teaching is about more than knowing the movements. It’s also about learning how to lead confidently while bringing your own personality and energy into the room. My goal with this training is to give you practical tools you can actually use when you step in front of a class.
