I am a certified yoga teacher specializing in Yoga for Seniors and the Business of Yoga. Additionally, I am an Ayurvedic health coach and journal therapist, committed to teaching the physical aspects of yoga while providing a holistic experience. I weave Ayurveda and therapeutic writing into my yoga classes, creating a practice that nourishes both body and mind. I also love empowering other yoga teachers to bring these elements into their classes, adding depth and authenticity to their teachings.

My yoga journey began while working a demanding marketing job in the hotel industry. As the work became increasingly overwhelming, I sought balance through yoga and eventually enrolled in a two-year Yoga Teacher Training program. This transformative experience ignited a passion that reshaped my life.

As a lifelong writer, I also delved deeper into the therapeutic power of journaling by enrolling in a Journal Therapy course. It was here that I discovered the powerful synergy between journaling and yoga. These two practices enhance each other, creating a richer, more reflective experience for yoga practitioners. This realization led me to incorporate journaling into my yoga classes, offering a unique blend of movement and mindful reflection.

My next adventure was completing a one-year distance training program to become an Ayurvedic Counselor. This training has allowed me to bring the wisdom of Ayurveda into my teachings, further enriching the experiences I offer to my students.

My Credentials

What I Offer

I specialize in chair yoga for seniors and business yoga, practices that I find deeply fulfilling and transformative. My classes are inclusive and accessible, designed to bring yoga’s benefits to everyone, regardless of age or physical ability.

In addition to teaching yoga, I offer guidance in journal therapy and Ayurveda. My sessions provide a holistic experience, blending the physical practice of yoga with the reflective power of journaling and the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. This combination creates a profound and meaningful experience that goes beyond the asanas.

I am also passionate about helping other yoga teachers integrate journaling and Ayurveda into their classes, adding an extra layer of depth and insight that can transform their students’ practice.
