Meditation in Motion
I discovered Yoga 10 years ago while living in London UK; I attended a dynamic Yoga class where I was amazed at all the crazy shapes being performed, I also felt a deep grounding and welcoming feeling that kept me bringing me back to the studio. After finishing University, I enrolled on my first Teacher Training in Hatha Yoga, I loved the experience and fell in love even more with the practice. In 2017 Before moving to Vancouver, a dream came true, I was able to travel to India to immerse myself one more time in the Yoga bubble, I deepened my practice and knowledge on this ancient tradition.
